We’ve recently had the pleasure of welcoming F1 champion Mark Webber to WearOptimo. 

Mark’s visit to our Brisbane premises followed his announcement as a strategic partner and personal investor, something you can read more about here. 

As he said at the time, Mark is excited by the expertise and insights he can bring to the collaboration, so he was eager to meet the wider team, including Toby the dog, who couldn’t resist jumping into frame with the driver and the ‘other’ Mark – our founder and CEO Professor Mark Kendall.  

We also had the pleasure of collaborating with Mark on a video where he shares his insights into the importance of hydration in elite sport, and the need for wearable hydration monitoring, like the hydration Microwearable in clinical trials at WearOptimo.
