Bhavin Raval is a commercially astute and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience driving strategic decision-making, project planning and business transformation in the biotech/startup/scaleup sectors.  

Bhavin’s expertise spans capital management, stakeholder negotiations, financial planning, risk management and the implementation of ERP and data management systems. He has a proven track record of leading companies through significant growth phases, including successful capital raising, M&A activities and IPO readiness.

Prior to joining WearOptimo, Bhavin served as CFO of SpeeDx Pty Ltd, where he led the company through a period of significant expansion and funding. Bhavin was also part of the SLT at Calimmune Inc, which was acquired by CSL in 2017. Prior to that, he was the CFO and Executive Director at Johnson & Johnson Research.

Bhavin is a Fellow Member of CPA Australia as well as The Governance Institute of Australia, member of AICD, and holds a Master of Commerce in Advanced Accountancy & Auditing.
